Competition over take over tondar90

 

 Visiting French delegation of first productive sample

Although it couldn’t be understand of French the satisfaction and some of them showed their complication of not being balance of cars  body ,but tondar90 took license of mass production until it pave the way for welcoming the common platform to streets and roads of country.

 

Few months later in the same ceremony Irankhodro unveiled L90.althogh from the first the rumors was a lot the manager of this company didn’t have tendency toward to attend in this common project.

 

Today after passing 3years of producing this automotive with lots of ups and downs the competition  news domino is spectacular .its the field of challenge for news that how will take the highest qualitative grad . but this time another discuss is proposed beyond quality and it is takeover of common platform.

 

Two steps back

Although  few paragraphs are intact from primary contract of this auto,but backing to its original it’s the best way for ending to this challenge .

 

In this cars  perspective ,it was place being able to work with two kinds of fuel, domestic constructing at least 60percents, profit cost for more covering of market and 50percents    currency balance.

L90 piece makers, yesterday, today , tomorrow

 

The game of Iranian piece makers was started at the start of common platform  contract.

Introducing and going to the universal markets was this project outcome .

But persistence and continuing to be in universal markets was out of contract context and Renos commitments .because in persistence, qualification and having technical knowledge designing is pioneer that relates to companies willing.

 

Because of this reason the piece makers prefer Reno pars not be out although they show their satisfaction of assignment pieces  providing  to auotomaker because in a situation that fewest qualitative  problem would be important existing a supervisor will reduce potential impact.

 

Why supervising

 Irankhodros deputy director believes reno pars has imposed increased costs due to lack of knowledge  about Iranian makers situation with single source providing of some pieces. in the other hand assigns 5percents portion of this company for providing  as unwillingness to reduce the costs.

 

This subject recently was raised about Sazehgostar and Sapko .it seems car bode doesn’t believe to supply chain management dissection that is key issue for every auto. It arises some questions: doesn’t need to managing pieces supply ? is it reviewed qualification in this management? doesn’t qualification upgrade need cost? what criteria is important for choosing the piece makers ?qualification or recognition…?

 

Our reason for supervising was beyond this view that

 

Taking a glance on qualitative state of tondar90 in productive list of both automakers  during the past few months shows this idea:

 

 Inside making percentage of this auotomotive  in Irankhodro and Saipa in order is 57,62 and this auotomotive is in Agrade of qualitative ranking

 

In Irankhodro ,Peugeot206 and in Saipa Zantia are in higher position.

In this table Fiat c yena is in lowest position .although lowpercentage of locally manufacture ,interior and body  decorations  has qualitative differences to -12 with rival that reminds past times and is excuse for some problematic manner in the way for execute this common platform contract.

 

Tondar90,the only competitive field for both rivals

 

Reviewing of this car  qualitative statistics is not out of importance during the bahman and esfand. All attempt of both outomakers shows as if they try ti be pioneer of each other. Although paying attention to these parts is important:

1-tondar90 parskhodro and Irankhodro were the same that shows their same pieces qualification 

 

2-in qualitative survey of both cars in both companies the negative grade for category spring and suspension system, engine and power delivering, brake and electronic equipment has been zero while the colure ,body, interior and out decorations had negative grade and among them the most negative grade was for colure and body and it means the thing that automakers are involved in making.

 Here doubt comes about going Reno pars out of chain supply and assignment to one of both automakers.

Althigh it seems the retiring time for Renopars in a industrial managers point of view in terms of Kerble retiring  has come but there is no reason to forgot that being in industrial world needs to experience that needs to be in these markets.

 

With this explain it doesn’t have meaning to discus about focus due to it is most reason to qualification. Maybe we can say with this focus and Renopars exist the dream of globalization  that was indicated in this contract will joint to the history (will be forgotten)
