Basic factors for satisfying costumers

According to Khabar Khodro, price, quality, on time delivery and suitable after sales services are four basic factors of product, which are considered especially in Iran Khodro in order to satisfy costumers.

The CEO of Iran Khodro explained the quality as production necessities and said, "This issue is not discussable, when a manufacturer launches its product to costumer it should consider quality as one of the necessities in production."

Engineer Hashem Yeke Zare' added, "There is a careful program in Iran Khodro in order to produce high quality vehicles."

He told, "In recent years, short time problems and wasting time for solving them have precluded guideline issues in auto industry."

He remarked, "Forced sanctions in auto industry of country were not simple but if there were careful plan and strategy its destructive effects would have been decreased."

He admitted, "With removing sanctions and solving problems we should move in a way that we would be ready to manage such barriers in future."

Yeke Zare' said, "As costumers of Iran Khodro expect high quality products we also expect parts makers to consider mentioned factors and produce and launch high quality products for automakers."

He added, "Statistics of recent two months shows that 76 percent of costumers' dissatisfaction is related to issues other than after sale services and it can be solved and studied easily."

About public transportation he admitted, "There is capacity for produce 15000 buses in country but unfortunately a few part of this capacity have been used."

He told, "Policies should be based on encouraging people to use public transportations."

Finally, the CEO of Iran Khodro mentioned to new approach of Iran Khodro about production and assembly sites and remarked, "The goal of Iran Khodro is to developing substructures and producing high quality products. Therefore, developing assembly sites in cities is not according to this strategy and the goal of Iran Khodro in this segment is increasing capabilities of different cities in parts making and substructure issues of vehicles."
