According to Khabar Khodro, new turning system for accepting cars has been triggered with the goal of increasing Iran Khodro dealerships and costumers' satisfaction.

The CEO of after sales services company of Iran Khodro said, "This plan was experimentally accomplished in Mazandaran, Gilan and Semnan and after its success it is now started in Tehran."

Namakin mentioned that its availability for all people related to Iran Khodro vehicles such as costumers, dealers and call centers is the most important advantage of this system and added, "With this system it is easy to take turn for offering services for all dealerships in country anywhere by using internet."

He told, "While requesting turn by dealerships and call centers the system recognizes kind of vehicle automatically by entering chassis number and if it is CNG or with special conditions of acceptance in selected dealers the car would be guided there. After registering request and phone number a confirmation message would be sent to costumer."

He remarked, "There is possibility to take report of all refers of a vehicle by entering its chassis and registration number. In addition, quality ranking of dealerships and evaluating its free capacity and reduction in turning time are other advantages of this system."
