According to Khabar Khodro, chief of Bahman Diesel after sales services has announced the plan of launching Services Clinique for major costumers' of this company and said, "We are willing to offer some discount for parts and dealerships' fees in a 3 moths period in order to offer special services to major costumers' of this company and prevent their recourse to sundry centers for fixing services."

Launching Services Clinic for major costumers' of Bahman Diesel

According to Khabar Khodro, chief of Bahman Diesel after sales services has announced the plan of launching Services Clinique for major costumers' of this company and said, "We are willing to offer some discount for parts and dealerships' fees in a 3 moths period in order to offer special services to major costumers' of this company and prevent their recourse to sundry centers for fixing services."

Alireza Tavakoli Targhi in an interview with Khabar Khodro's reporter added, "In case of Isuzu's agreement, this plan would be accomplished soon."

He told, "Central workshop of Bahman Diesel is among authorized dealerships of this company and in possession of Bahman Diesel, which has started offering aid services to customers from first of this year. This center has two aid vehicles for offering some road services. But the important part is to assemble turning light on these vehicles, which should be done with certification of NAJA police. But yet we are not received any clear answer for the issue despite many correspondences with police."

He also announced designing brand and launching locally made parts in packs with Bahman Diesel logo and admitted, "Costumers' concerns about possibility of buying denaturant parts would be faded away with launching parts in firm packs."

Tavakoli remarked, "From Bahman and with cooperation of sales organization of Bahman Diesel, we would invite more than 100 companies that has bought most of the products of Bahman Diesel and are accounted as major costumers in order to announce the goals of company's plans along with introducing special projects of after sales services."

Finally, he said, "Soon, we would have training periods for major costumers of this company in order to be informed about correct use of products. Certainly, this action would be effective in useful lifetime of products and even it would be increased 20 percent."
