710 dealerships of Saipa are ready to offer services to travelers in Nowrouz

According to Khabar Khodro, in holidays of Nowrouz 93 aid services of Saipa would be offered to people with different quality. It means that all travelers in Nowrouz including those who have Saipa vehicles or from other brands would benefit from Saipa aid services.

Engineer Mustafa Vahidzade said, “According to determined plans, selected dealers of Saipa would offer services to people 24 hours a day with full readiness.”

He added, “Our goal is costumers’ maximum satisfaction and we should move forward in costumers’ needs. Therefore, we should look for standardization of services and increasing their quality.”

The CEO of Saipa Yadak told, “Costumers’ comfort and offering new and high quality services make the costumer loyal. So, we know ourselves as responsible to be along with costumers as custodian of after sales services for Saipa passenger cars.”

He remarked, “Totally, 710 authorized dealerships of Saipa and 574 aid fleet including 317 fixed and mobile bases are active in this plan 558 of which are working for 1 shift and 45 others are offering services for 24 hours a day.”

He admitted, “Like year 92, in Nowrouz 93 aid plan association agents of dealerships would help us in offering relief services and they would be responsible for regional control and monitoring.”

Vahidzade said, “The duty of Saipa’s after sales services network in Nowrouz is making confidence for costumers so with determined plans, dealers of Saipa Yadak are ready to offer services to costumers of Saipa.”

He added, “There are no lacks in supplying spare parts of dealers and costumers and plans are determined for Nowrouz.”
