According to Khabar Khodro, the secretary of Automakers' Association in Iran said, "Now all petrol vehicles of automakers are produced and launched with Euro 4 standard."
Ahmad Nemat Bakhsh in an interview with Khabar Khodro's reporter told, "With the emphasis of Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade on developing vehicles compatible with Euro 4 standard from 1st of Tir automakers have tried to launch Euro 4 compatible cars."
He admitted, "If Euro 4 fuel is not launched in big cities the engine of these vehicles would be hurt in long time."
He remarked, "Euro 4 compatible vehicles would face technical faults if using Euro 2 engine, which certainly is not good for costumers."
He added, "In such condition the Oil Ministry should be forced for launching Euro 4 fuel in big cities."
Nemat Bakhsh mentioned to the promise of launching Euro 4 fuel in big cities until Azar and said, "We hope that Oil Ministry to do its duty as soon as possible and launch Euro 4 fuel in all cities in order to reduce hurt to the vehicles."
He added, "Previously, EPA has announced that automakers should develop and launch vehicles with Euro 4 standard from the beginning of this year while because of the delay in launching Euro 4 fuel in big cities the action has been delayed to Shahrivar by government approval."
Finally, he told, "Now all vehicles of companies are producing with Euro 4 standards and they do not have any problem."
