Recall culture should become fundamental among automakers

According to Khabar Khodro, Iran Khodro Industrial Group wants to recall products that need more technical review in order to respect costumers and improve its image publically.

Engineer Hashem Yeke Zare', the CEO of Iran Khodro announced the issue and said, "We are willing to make costumer caring as a fundamental act and offer good services to customers at the year of culture and economy and with national effort and jihad management."

He announced that even big automakers in the world recall their products if necessary and added, "This act is not the signal of automakers' fault but it is a move in increasing the quality of products and satisfying costumers' needs."

Yeke Zare' told that Iran Khodro as biggest automaker in middle east has announced the issue of recall in Iran for the first time and remarked, "I hope that this action to become a pattern in economy and industry of this country."

He admitted, "Quality and standards of Iran Khodro products are evaluated and tested in different levels and they have global standards."

Finally, the CEO of Iran Khodro told, "this company would periodically recall some of its products after delivery according to the new approach of Iran Khodro."
