Second rate of after sales services taken by Govah

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Govah Company said, "We could improve our place in after sales services with our efforts in recent five years as based on evaluations done by ISQI, the rate of Govah with some improvements compared to 89 is reached to second place from 9^th."

Muhammad Javad Tala in an interview with Khabar Khodro's reporter told, "Considering the competition among companies for improving the services for customers in order to attend more buyers, taking such a rate is so difficult but we are willing to experience same improvement next year, too. This plan needs careful programs and paying attention to different aspects of after sales services."

He mentioned that now Govah has the most diversity in models and the number of dealerships for heavy duty vehicles and remarked, "Achieving this rate can be considered as the result of network management functions. Periodical reviews are done every 2 years from each dealership in order to evaluate the costumers' satisfaction and consolidate standards. In this reviews we check different aspects of offering services in each dealership and after that if there is any problem we do necessary actions for reaching our goals with cooperation of all involved divisions and management."

He added, "Training has direct impact on increasing satisfaction. We have been succeeded to improve the level of knowledge in our dealerships with different technical and treatment training plans within 4 years, which has resulted in increase in costumers' satisfaction from 50 to 75 percent."

About monitoring the spare parts offered by Govah Tala told, "If these parts are imported their standard would be confirmed by Standard Company or E mark Confirmation and if the part is produced in our company it would have QC approval of Govah."

Finally, he remarked, "Still there is a long way in order to reach to the real place of Govah and in this way we should consider costumers' satisfaction."
