Flexible management for human forces is one of the most important features of Pars Khodro

According to Khabar Khodro, General Secretary of the Workers' House and representative of Parliament has visited production lines of Pars Khodro and informed about the production process in this company.

Alireza Mahjoub focused on human forces and explained Pars Khodro as one of the flexible companies in management for human forces.

He said, "Pars Khodro is company with flexible management and focused on human resources' management, which is so valuable and that we can rely on it."

He told, "Human resources' management in so important in world. For ex. International Labor Organization in its annual report has told that those countries would be successful in employment that respect human forces and apply rules of working."

He added, "Pars Khodro has applied rules of working correctly despite different problems such as continuity of sanctions in auto industry and it could protect its staff from being hurt with good management and great efforts."
