Achieving first place of after sales services by 5 dealerships of Modiran Khodro

According to Khabar Khodro, according to the latest evaluation of Iran Standard and Quality Inspection Company, 5 dealerships of Modiran Khodro have achieved first place of after sales services in year 92.

Chief of dealers' network in Modiran Khodro after sales services in an interview with Khabar Khodro's reporter told, "The basis for ranking dealerships is their scores in indicators such as condition of human forces and related trainings, standardizing environmental conditions and equipments, efficiency of dealers and costumers' satisfaction."

 Akbari said, "Five superior dealers of this company in Gonbad, Tehran, Shiraz, Kermanshah and Tabriz cities have achieved first place of after sales services in year 92."

He added, "After sales services company of Modiran Khodro is willing to do its supportive acts in evaluations of year 93 and increase score of company's dealerships in order to improve the rank of this company, which include supplying and assigning workshop facilities to dealers, holding training periods, applying necessities and ISO standards for improving the quality of services and receiving incentive scores, and accomplishing projects focused on evaluation, monitoring and increasing satisfaction of costumers."
