Launching authentication system of original parts in Rena after sales services company

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Rena after sales services company in Conference of Developing Services with the view of supporting national production mentioned to the goals of this conference and told, "Rena after sales services company in following its mission is always trying to support costumers of Saipa Diesel in all life cycle of a truck."

According to the reporter of Khabar Khodro, Mahyar Asgarian said, "The conference is hold with the goal of introducing capabilities of local suppliers and joint brands of Rena with them." Unveiling parts' guarantee system and parts' technical information was among activities done in this conference.

He added, "Some owners of commercial vehicles use miscellaneous parts with less quality after end of the guarantee period and while fixing or servicing their vehicles. Such action would result in less performance of car, increase in depreciation and related costs, fuel consumption increase and reduced safety."

He remarked, "Rena has introduced alternative domestic sources for those costumers and is trying to reduce cost of consumable items and spare parts in life cycle of a truck while maintaining quality."

He admitted, "This year, according to orders of Supreme Leader about resistive economy the action has been accelerated in a way that support of national production and help to increase local power made it possible for Iranian suppliers to move further form low cost and low quality imported parts. In this way, drivers and costumers of Saipa Diesel products and other beneficiaries are supported."

He reiterated, "Don't forget helping to efficiency of road transportation, which is final goal of Rena in its mission statement, would result in improvement of national economy along with developing business of drivers and authorized dealerships."

Asgarian mentioned to the plan of Rena for trust of consumers and said, "Launching authentication system of original parts for costumers is one of the basic programs of this process. The system makes certification about originality of the parts through sending SMS by taking the code of bought part by costumer."
