According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Zamyad in a meeting with deputies and managers of this group said that the necessity for success of a manufacturing organization is efficient management, change of attitude, preparing joy and interest beds, identifying talents and paying attention to training in all levels.

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Zamyad in a meeting with deputies and managers of this group said that the necessity for success of a manufacturing organization is efficient management, change of attitude, preparing joy and interest beds, identifying talents and paying attention to training in all levels.

Fereydoun Hamidi, the CEO of Zamyad told, "We could prevent parallel working in activities and accelerate the process of current projects and plans with efficient use of local capabilities and funds and managing costs."

Hamidi explained that change of attitude is among most important factors in success of organizations and added, "Efficient management could make a milestone in success of any organization with trying to manage change, focus on thoughts, using new ideas and local power and science, increasing efficiency and paying attention to standards."

He mentioned to the preparation of fields of vitality and motivation among employees as a way for job satisfaction and their comfort and admitted, "Making motivation and vitality among employees can have direct and positive impact on development and growth of the organization along with catching past."

He remarked, "Considering human forces and high potential in Zamyad, identifying potential talents and changing them to actual power would result in increase of efficiency, benefits and quality of products along with implementation of strategies and improving performance."

Hamidi said, "Training should not be considered as a temporary and finite issue. Employees in any sector of the organization need training and acquirig new knowledge and skills in order to move forward in goals of organization."

Finally, he appreciated activities done in Zamyad and hoped that they would see more success of Zamyad in local and international segments by efforts of all colleagues.
