Increasing costumers' satisfaction for guarantee of spare parts in Saipa Yadak dealerships

According to Khabar Khodro, Saipa Yadak marketing deputy said, "Offering guarantee for spare parts has resulted in increase of costumers' satisfaction from quality of services and parts in dealerships."

Muhammad Khoram Pour added, "After Sales Services Company of Saipa has started to guarantee the spare parts of passenger vehicles that are applied to these vehicles by authorized dealers, for the first time in Iran. Fortunately, over the past few years while applying this plan costumers' satisfaction has increased for quality of services and parts they receive in dealerships."

 He told, "Spare parts that are offered in authorized dealerships are guaranteed maximum for one year with defined conditions."

He remarked, "Certainty of parts' quality, following installation standards in after sales services network, possibility to refer to other authorized dealers of Saipa Yadak in addition to the first representative in guarantee period and increasing safety and peace are among goals that are followed in applying this plan, which are achieved according to latest statistics."

About the conditions of parts' guarantee he admitted, "All parts in this plan from first day of installation are guaranteed for one year. However, Depreciation parts such as pads, wiper blades, belts and clutch kits are guaranteed for 6 months while filters are offered with 3 months guarantee."
