According to Khabar Khodro, First comprehensive test of skill evaluation has been hold in Modiran Khodro after sales services dealerships in 7 cities of Iran.

The CEO of after sales services company in Modiran Khodro said, "It is the first time that this test is applied in dealerships' network of after sales services of Modiran Khodro in such an amount."

Radin Peyman Far in an interview with Khabar Khodro's reporter mentioned that the test was taken in 108 dealerships of Modiran Khodro in whole country and told, "More than 700 people from dealerships have attended the test in 7 cities."

He remarked the importance of results of this test and added, "The test would make an opportunity for accurate evaluation of after sales services dealerships' personnel's technical skills and then determining necessary training programs for increasing technical skills of them based on the results."

 He admitted, "Certainly, those who are not attended the test or would not be able to receive certification because of lack of adequate skills will not be able to continue their activities in after sales services' dealerships of Modiran Khodro."

He also announced the preparation of annual tests and reiterated, "According to determined plans, the test would be taken every year and in intervals between tests there would be training periods."

Peyman Far said that the goal of such action is to increasing costumers' satisfaction toward Modiran Khodro and added the first priority of company is costumers and increasing their satisfaction and offering services to them."
