According to Khabar Khodro, chief of number one central workshop of Saipa Yadak mentioned to the costumer caring basis in central workshops and announced the offering of full service pack to Saipa products in this workshop.

Ruhollah Hakimian said, "Number one central workshop as the biggest after sales services center of Saipa Yadak has started offering full service pack to owners of Saipa products in order to increase costumers' satisfaction and quality improvement of its services."

He added, "Considering the possibility of occur some problems in applying projects of realization of new products, number one central workshop as a pilot of applying new plans could have an effective role in collecting and offering reactions to company for offering better services. Then, most of improvable points could be determined by cooperation of divisions including quality control, designing and engineering of services, emergency supply of parts, engineering services' systems, training design after car's existence in network."

He admitted, "There are many decisions for increasing costumers' satisfaction in workshops and it is tried to offer full service pack for them. For example, in number one central workshop, division of option services is established and recently the third party insurance is also offered there, which is supplement of body guarantee."

He mentioned to the costumer caring and remarked, "All employees in number one central workshop are trying their best for achieving goals of Saipa and costumer caring is their priority in every day works."
