The capacity of Rena technical services company for improving in after sales services market is significant

 

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Rena technical services company has announced the necessity of revisions in missions and activities of this company and said, "Revising infrastructure and speeding the company according to the mission of commercial sales and service network is in our agenda."

Ali Hadad told, "Introducing the process of buy and sell based on the needs of network of service agencies and commercial sales network, reinforcement of second brand based on high consumed parts in fixes, services and improving sells of consumed parts in warranty period, managing parts' prices, more income by developing the absorption of parts' market share, and revising organization processes for facilitating reach to mentioned issues are among the most important factors in our agenda."

He added, "Rena is a service offering company with 57 years of experience and it could be better but there is many lacks in analyzing internal issues that we hope to be solved with our colleagues in Rena."

He admitted, "Rena technical services company is responsible for after sales services of Saipa Diesel products and offers services to customers of Saipa Diesel products with using expert personnel and diverse dealerships in whole country."

He remarked, "Quality standard sources in Rena are local and foreign ones. The local resource is the standard of conditions and rules of offering after sales services for vehicles and Iran Quality and Standard Inspection Company is applying annual evaluations of Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade and the standard of foreign partners such as Volvo are among foreign resources."

He reiterated, "Among foreign standard resources is the standard of Volvo Company, based on which only dealerships with necessary capabilities for offering high quality services can offer services to Volvo cars."

He mentioned that the capacity of Rena technical services company for improving in after sales services market is significant and added, "High production capacity in Saipa Diesel and dealers' network have resulted in high improvement capacity of Rena in terms of increasing the amount of supplying basic parts. In "Business Plan" project we expect that in next 5 years we would achieve 22 percent of parts market, 30 percent for services, 80 percent in costumers' satisfaction and 75 percent for dealers' satisfaction."
