According to Khabar Khodro, deputy of sales and after sales services in Zamyad has announced the possibility of increasing price of diesel pickup along with explaining company's plans for next year.
Hamid Reza Darvish during the launch of new van of Zamyad in 4th Urban Management Show said, "Zamyad Company, as a manufacturer of commercial vehicles, has more than half a century experience and has been pioneer and leader of producing commercial vehicles."
He mentioned that the role of products of this company such as Zamyad van is so important in transportation industry and added that one of the developing plans in this company is to improve products by years and most of the plan would be accomplished with launching Padra truck, mini truck and passenger van in year 94.
He added, "Padra truck is the result of design by Zamyad engineers, which sports hydraulic steering wheel, power mirror, AC, Euro 4 standard and etc."
He told, "Basic and important actions are done in order to maintain exclusive advantages of Zamyad truck and improving its quality to acceptable level for satisfying costumers and in near future new Zamyad mini truck and passenger van of this company would be launched for hauling up to 1 tons and transporting passengers respectively."
He admitted, "Zamyad had done a big job in fuel economy and reducing air pollution by designing and launching diesel truck but related organizations and institutes did not support it accurately."
He remarked, "Despite high price of this vehicle compared to its hybrid and oil powered sibling, it has many costumers considering its performance and benefits."
He also announced the possibility of increasing the price of this vehicle by about 150 million rial and reiterated, "Considering the condition of fuel in these days it is not advised to use DPF filter on diesel vehicles. But if the issue would become necessary for next year, the price increase of Zamyad diesel truck would be obvious compared to other products. Therefore, many costumers are willing to buy diesel truck before the end of 1393."
