Starting business year in costumer call center of Saipa

According to Khabar Khodro, engineer Madani, the CEO of Saipa Auto Group has started business year of 1394 for Saipa Auto Group with being present in costumer call center and talking with costumers.

After visiting and talking with costumers of Saipa Auto Group, engineer Madani told, "This year we would try and plan for offering best services to customers. Now that we are reached best standards, we would offer best services in different packages in order to answer costumers' expectations."

In this visit, some work plans for costumers that are done were determined and according to reports, in Now Rouz days all needed parts of costumers, which was more than 1900 parts, were delivered to customers by Saipa Yadak VOR system in less than 24 hours.

In addition, in Now Rouz days about 12831 hours of services per person were offered to costumers by Saipa dealers.
