Inspecting and monitoring the activity of network would improve the quality of services

According to Khabar Khodro, director of network and relief inspection in Saipa after sales services company said, "Applying inspecting and monitoring plans for activities of network and first responders in Now Rouz holidays improves the quality of services."

Javad Nour Mohammadi in an interview told, "During applying the Now Rouz emergency plan, inspection and monitoring teams in the form of six, two-person groups and in two shifts have controlled the process of services and assistant for Saipa costumers in order to insure the accurate and complete accomplishment of necessities and duties of network and first responders."

He added, "Totally, 46 percent of duty agencies, 74 percent of emergency centers in roads and 85 percent of associations were inspected. This report shows the 24000 kilometer traverse of roads in country and cover of the 29 provinces and 169 cities."

He admitted, "Continuous interaction with associations in cities, call and synchronization with managers and employees of Emdad Khodro Company and colleagues in regional offices, impalpable control of associations' activities, impalpable control of responding activities, visiting regional offices and following requests are among the most important actions done during this period."

He remarked, "During the inspections, problems and barriers that would hurt the process of offering services have been detected."

Finally, Nour Mohammadi thanked and appreciated cooperation of colleagues in regional offices and representatives' association in accurate applying the plan.
