Saipa Yadak cooperates with responsible organizations in preventing launch and production of fake parts

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Saipa Yadak said, “Availability of fake parts in market is a big threat for passengers in vehicles. We expect that responsible organizations to have more control in process of importing vehicle parts and certainly we should accompany them.”

Engineer Mustafa Vahidzade added, “After sales services is the guarantee of survival and improvement of any manufacturing unit in today world and now best brands have especial strategies for the issue.”

He told, “Today, the challenge in after sales services is answering costumers’ needs, which have expectations based on global information and expect most services while buying products. The market of after sales services in our country is the result of different periods and evaluations in costumers’ point of view.”

He admitted, “In a new move, Saipa is adopted a new strategy in which it offers different service packs based on costumers’ expectations in order to offer best services.”

He remarked, “Saipa Yadak is always trying to satisfy its costumers as much as possible with offering different services. Parts’ originality confirmation SMS system of Saipa Yadak is an attractive feature for costumers by which they can acknowledge the originality of parts while buying.”

He reiterated, “We are responsible for current condition and should try our best in supplying original parts for costumers.”
