We care about our Costumers, said the CEO of Saipa Yadak

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Saipa after sales services company said, "we care about our customers and it is our obligation to offer best services to them."

Engineer Mustafa Vahidzade during visiting 11th International Exhibition of components, sets and automotive related industries in Isfahan told, "Saipa Yadak has made costumers' satisfaction and their trust as its basis and therefore all the parts that are delivered to the spare parts market in Saipa packing have guarantee and costumers can insure their originality by sending the barcode on their box to 50001813."

He added, "We believe that we should confront those profiteering that make deadly situations for people by offering fake and made-up parts for the sake of momentary interests. Therefore, Saipa Yadak has started voluntary cooperation with responsible organizations for confronting producers and sellers of fake parts."

He admitted, "We hope that an evolution occur in preventing fake parts and improving trust of costumers to original parts by expanding this activity to other automakers and after sales services companies."

He remarked, "Maintaining financial interests of costumers and preventing injuries is so important for us. On the other hand, they should use original parts in order to prevent additional costs as the result of using fake parts."

It is to say that, Saipa Yadak is first company among after sales services companies in Iran that has designed and used SMS system (50001813) for diagnosing original spare parts in market in order to expand services, develop communication channels by modern technologies, save time and cost and encourage customers to use electronic services.
