Launching the originality identifying system for parts of Saipa heavy duty vehicles

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Saipa Diesel after sales services company has announced the creation of SMS system for identifying the originality of parts of Saipa Diesel products.

Engineer Ali Hadad said, "All the parts with Rena packing that are launched in spare parts' market of commercial vehicles have 9 months of guarantee and costumers of Saipa heavy duty vehicles should pay attention to the packing, logo and Rena name on the parts."

He said that using non original parts in market would make irreparable damages for vehicle and added, "Therefore, we make an opportunity for identifying originality of parts by launching the SMS system in order to make costumers more satisfied and increase confidence while buying parts.

He told, "Costumers can send the hologram number of bought part's packing to 50002346139 in order to identify its originality."

He admitted, "We are committed to confront jobbers that make risky conditions for people by offering low quality and non original parts for the sake of their own interests. Therefore, Rena has started cooperation with related organizations for confronting them."

He remarked, "It is important for us to protect the interest of costumers and preventing injuries for them and on the other hand, costumers should try to use original parts in order to preventing more costs as the result of using fake and low quality parts."
