The biggest problem of after sales services companies is fake parts with low price

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Modiran Khodro after sales services company about the evaluation of after sales services companies by Ministry of Industry,MinesandTrade said, “Considering the evaluation change at this year, the situation would become more difficult for automakers but we are still trying to be active as one of the best product sellers in country with acceptable quality and after sales services.”

Radin Peymanfar in an interview with Khabar Khodro’s reporter told, “The program of services in costumer’s place for those who prefer to get services at their home would be available by calling 47651. At the beginning this program was only available for vehicles with valid guarantee but now other products and costumers of Modiran Khodro would also enjoy those services.”

He mentioned to the nomination of this year as “Training” in Modiran Khodro and added, “First step toward the supporting this nomination was opening second training salon in after sales services company and we would increase the quantity of training periods in this company 4 times more than last year with signing agreements with some centers outside the company in second half of this year.”

He mentioned to the most important challenge of after sales services companies and remarked, “Now the most important challenge is the arrival of non-original and fake parts in market.”

He admitted, “This issue is also illusory for costumers as those parts are launched in market with logo of valid companies such as Chery and Modiran Khodro with a low price while the reason of that low price is beneath the very low quality of such parts.”
