Saipa Yadak moves toward expert services

According to Khabar Khodro, assistance director of Saipa Yadak after sales services said, “Central workshops of Saipa Yadak are moving forward offering expert services in order to make costumers more confident.”

Mahdi Haji Bagheri told, “One of the features of Saipa after sales services network is offering expert services, which differentiates it from other after sales services companies.”

He mentioned to the opening of expert workshop of Cerato and added, “Owners of Cerato vehicles could enjoy expert services at these centers. All of the employees in these centers have passed training periods of Kia and they are offering expert services. In addition, Saipa dealerships in whole country that offer services for Cerato have updated technical science.”

He admitted, “Fortunately, Saipa dealers have good relationship with costumers and offer services based on their demands. Naturally, Saipa after sales services’ network believe that offering services based on science and expert capabilities would make more satisfaction in costumers.”

He announced that opening expert service center for automatic gearbox is another activity of Saipa Yadak in increasing quality of services and remarked, “In this center, modern and update facilities are used. Therefore, gearboxes that could not be fixed in dealerships would be sent to this center. This center is unique in country, so Saipa Yadak is pioneer in offering expert services for automatic gearbox.”

He reiterated, “High amount of accepting vehicles in central workshops of Saipa shows that costumers are satisfied with expert services in these centers and take their vehicles confidently to these workshops.”

He added, “We should learn from the past for future with new and expert vision to business. Saipa Yadak has tried to move toward improvement with dividing problems, solving them and following policies of Saipa. The result of these actions would certainly help us in achieving our goals.”
