According to Khabar Khodro, member of automotive policy council mentioned to the opening of center of expert services for automatic gearbox in Saipa Yadak and explained it as a valuable and effective action in increasing costumers’ satisfaction and said, “We would support any action that increases costumers’ satisfaction with after sales services.”

We will support activities that increase costumers’ satisfaction

 

According to Khabar Khodro, member of automotive policy council mentioned to the opening of center of expert services for automatic gearbox in Saipa Yadak and explained it as a valuable and effective action in increasing costumers’ satisfaction and said, “We would support any action that increases costumers’ satisfaction with after sales services.”

Dr. BehrouzRiahi, consultant of Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade and member of automotive policy council in an interview told, “All big automakers in the world try to consider four major processes including design based on costumers’ needs, high quality production, sales based on satisfaction and loyalty of costumers and offering expert and high quality services in their production. In addition, services in the world can be assessed based on determined standards and our country is no exception, too.”

He added, “One of the indicators of quality for automakers is paying attention to opening expert vehicle repair centers and one of the issues that is taken serious in automotive policy council is increasing the quality of after sales services. According to our studies, some people are not satisfied with services offered by after sales services dealerships and believe that they do not take necessary services. At this time, it is a good opportunity that a carmaker opens expert service center in country. Saipa Yadak recently has opened the center of expert services for automatic gearbox, which is one of the activities that famous automakers in the world do in order to increase quality of their services and satisfy customers.”

He mentioned to the mandatory standards in vehicles and remarked, “Offering good and expert services can increase satisfaction of people with local products.”

He admitted, “In order to be present in competitive and global market of auto industry, the first step is quality in production and services. We should accept to pay for trust of costumers. For example, in most countries while a vehicle goes to workshop for repair and stays there, a replaced vehicle would be given to the owner or even the cost of staying in workshop would be paid to the owner. This is the cost of costumers’ trust, which in long term brings loyalty of costumer.”

He reiterated, “If in expert centers we try to reduce the amount of wastes and returns and importing parts, we would save about 10 to 15 million dollar in exchange a year.”

He added, “Therefore, opening the center of expert services for automatic gearbox or expert workshops is according to strategic policies of auto industry and certainly they would be supported.”
