According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Saipa Yadak has announced that costumer caring is the result of increasing reliability of Saipa dealerships and said, “Instruction of costumer caring is sent to all Saipa dealerships, following which would result in satisfaction of costumers for performance of dealerships.”
Engineer Mustafa Vahidzade in appreciation event for costumer caring dealerships told, “Costumer caring is an inseparable factor in after sales services in all segments, which is more important in after sales services of vehicles. Costumer caring has increased the reliability of Saipa dealerships.”
He added, “Costumer caring could increase costumers’ satisfaction for after sales services and following it by dealerships’ network is a necessity that is followed and concerned.”
He remarked, “With applying active diplomacy in after sales services, Saipa Yadak has prepared plans for investment in training good behavior with costumers, which is applying and has some positive results until today.”
He admitted, “We should consider costumers’ criticism for dealerships’ performance and welcome developing criticism in order to identify our improving points and try to solve them. Criticism results in growth and development of company.”
He reiterated, “Our duty as after sales services company for Saipa is to offer good services in order to increase validity of Saipa.”
Vahidzade added, “We are always proud of dealerships’ network of Saipa as they do their best in offering services and continue honor of Saipa. So we should maintain this experienced and wide network.”
He also mentioned to the addition of 11 new vehicles to portfolio of Saipa Auto Group in recent years and remarked, “Considering recent activities, buyers of new vehicles are not faced with any problem for after sales services and spare parts.”
He mentioned to resolving sanctions and said, “Certainly, we would exit depression with resolving sanctions and we would be hopeful to future by expected economic boom after sanctions.”
