According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Zamyad at the meeting of assistants, managers and directors of this company has announced the necessity of identifying and using features and capabilities in Zamyad Company as an important factor in strategies of this company and said, “With efficient use of local features and funds we could accomplish the slogan of this year, “Resistive Economy, Action and Practice.”

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Zamyad at the meeting of assistants, managers and directors of this company has announced the necessity of identifying and using features and capabilities in Zamyad Company as an important factor in strategies of this company and said, “With efficient use of local features and funds we could accomplish the slogan of this year, “Resistive Economy, Action and Practice.”

FereydounHamidi has congratulated New Year and explained plans of this company for this year and told, “With efficient use of local features and funds and managing costs we could prevent parallel working in activities and accelerate current plans considering determined strategies.”

He added, “The slogan of “Action and Practice” should be frontispiece of our activities this year as our plans should be based on strategic goals of company and we would follow development and operational acts more seriously based on determined plans.”

The CEO of Zamyad mentioned to the role of alacrity and dynamism in company and remarked, “We should spread alacrity and dynamism in this company as with empathy and positive energy we can do big things and keep Zamyad’s name as a proud like before.”

He mentioned to the change of attitudes as one of the most important factors of success and admitted, “Competent manager could make a milestone in advancing successes and their continuity in company with management of change and evolution, focus on thoughts, using new ideas and local science and power, increasing efficiency and considering standards.”

Despite financial problems, Zamyad Company had act so successful. Last year, the company was successful in applying all of its commitments to costumers. In addition, at the end of last financial year, the company has faced 68 percent increase of capitals and in portfolio development would make a big change with production and launch of two new products in first of this year.

Finally hereiterated, “The view of company should be ambitious in order to reach goals of Saipa and Zamyad. So, we should change our approaches, which are not possible without preparing empathy and dynamism in company.”
