According to Khabar Khodro, chief of costumers’ affairs in Saipa Yadak said, “Qualification of some dealerships that costumers were not satisfied with their performance and their score was below standard levels has been canceled permanently in order to apply resistive economy and policies of company for increasing costumers’ satisfaction from after sales services.”

Activities done to increase costumers’ satisfaction in Saipa Yadak

According to Khabar Khodro, chief of costumers’ affairs in Saipa Yadak said, “Qualification of some dealerships that costumers were not satisfied with their performance and their score was below standard levels has been canceled permanently in order to apply resistive economy and policies of company for increasing costumers’ satisfaction from after sales services.”

VahidKhabazzade told, “Considering that in evaluations of Inspection and Quality Company costumers’ idea is accounted as a basis, qualification of dealers that their customer satisfaction index was low in three different quarters was canceled and their names were announced to ISQI.”

He added, “However, these dealerships were not successful in satisfying costumers despite improvement activities done in different times and considering focus of Saipa CEO on increasing costumers’ satisfaction and the slogan of Saipa Yadak for this year, which is jump in after sales services and increase costumers’ satisfaction, their qualification was cancelled.”

He remarked, “According to orders of Supreme Leader, costumers’ satisfaction in after sales services is an example of resistive economy and we are following it seriously.”

He admitted, “Performance of dealerships is evaluated every month based on 11 perceptual indexes and 4 performance indexes and actually costumers score dealers and those that could not achieve needed scores would be offered an improvement plan.”
