80 percent of plans for Modiran Khodro after sales services company has accomplished in year 94

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Modiran Khodro after sales services company has announced 80 percent accomplishment of this company’s plans last year and said, “Last year more than 80 percent of plans of Modiran Khodro after sales services company have been achieved based on the priorities and determined goals.”

RadinPeymanfar in an interview with Khabar Khodro’s reporter mentioned to the 70 percent growth of spare parts’ sales as an important action in this company and told, “Continuous process of follow up and call costumers in at last 3 days and hearing their ideas about repairs and pilot tablet acceptance in some authorized dealerships last year are among important activities that have been done and this year tablet acceptance would be done in all after sales services dealerships of Modiran Khodro.”

He also announced expansion of relief network of Modiran Khodro in year 94 and added, “Last year, more than 40 units of X33 model have been added to relief fleet of Modiran Khodro Company.”

He mentioned to the holding of concurrent tests in 8 cities as other activities of this company in year 94 and admitted, “More than 80 percent of dealerships have attended these tests, which were unique. In addition, during technical contests of dealerships, 3 superiors were announced in each segment that would go to China for global tests.”

He remarked, “In year 93 about 50 training periods were hold while they have increased to 112 periods in year 94.”

He reiterated, “Now all dealerships are supplying from central warehouse, which is a big and accurate place.”

About average time of delivering parts he told, “Last year we have tried to decrease delivery time of time for parts as this time has reached to 1.5 day in year 94 for as compared to 4 days in 93.”
