According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Rena technical services’ company mentioned that after sales services is a major factor in selling products and attracting customers,accordance of which with needs and demands of costumers is named as quality of services and could be a competitive advantage for company. He added, “A costumer satisfied with servicescould be a trader for company and can attract other costumers, therefore, satisfaction of costumers is achieved when what the company offers, covers the needs and demands of them.”

Maintaining costumers is necessary in surviving an industry

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Rena technical services’ company mentioned that after sales services is a major factor in selling products and attracting customers,accordance of which with needs and demands of costumers is named as quality of services and could be a competitive advantage for company. He added, “A costumer satisfied with servicescould be a trader for company and can attract other costumers, therefore, satisfaction of costumers is achieved when what the company offers, covers the needs and demands of them.”

Engineer Hadad mentioned to the growth of technology and information technologies and said, “Commonwealth is increased and growth of living level in different societies has resulted in increase of awareness and demands of costumers. Satisfying costumers is the basic goal of manufacturing and services’ companies. Dissatisfied customers with negative propaganda against products of a company would make potential buyers pessimist and push them not to buy those products therefore, sales and market share of that company would be decreased as compared to its rivals, which would make problems in surviving company.”

He told, “Costumers are the only source of investment return in Saipa Diesel and in this way Rena technical services’ company is in forehead as presenter of after sales services for Saipa Diesel Products. Therefore, all activities and efforts of Rena should be focused on costumers’ satisfaction.”

He admitted, “Considering competitive market, companies are trying to satisfy customers and make them loyal with manufacturing high quality products and services. Achieving costumers’ satisfaction, which would result in profitability, is the goal if business.”

He remarked, “The possibility of return for satisfied customers is high but dissatisfied people would go somewhere else. So, secret of surviving services’ companies is to maintain satisfied customers.”

He reiterated, “We should understand costumers’ feelings. Understanding satisfaction is effective in activities that would result in it. Companies need manufacturing high quality product for satisfying costumers. If we want to maintain high level of costumers’ satisfaction, we should consider tow-way communication with them and determine costumers’ needs and plan for making them satisfied.”
