All dealerships are ought to use high quality spare parts

According to Khabar Khodro, chief of association of after sales services companies said, “Spare parts that are using in dealers’ network are original and high quality and dealers are forced themselves to offer high quality services to customers.”

Engineer Vahidzade mentioned to the order of Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade for using original parts in dealerships and told, “Certainly, all after sales services companies are following policies of automakers and costumers’ satisfaction and quality of services are from high importance for them. Therefore, in offering repair services, original parts would be used that are confirmed by automakers and fake parts would not enter authorized dealerships.”

He added, “One of the reasons that costumers refer to dealerships of automakers, is their confidence toward using original parts in these places. So, their satisfaction toward quality of spare parts used in dealerships is increased.”

He remarked, “The process of supply and distribution of parts in network is based on standards of automakers in a way that before supplying parts, the process of controlling parts including performance and laboratory tests are done based on standards.”

He admitted, “One of the problems of auto industry in recent years is increasing amount of fake parts with low quality in market, which has caused heavy losses for owners.”

He reiterated, “The view of engineer NematZade to auto industry is always based on increasing services and quality, which would have positive effects on improving activities and power of industry in Iran.”
