According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Saipa Auto Group has announced the restart of cooperation with Nissan and said, “Cooperation agreement of Saipa with Nissan would be activated soon.”
Engineer Mahdi Jamali during sixteenth Mashhad Auto Show told, “With efforts of government after BARJAM, a good situation is prepared in auto industry of Iran and fortunately in this period Saipa has restarted its cooperation with foreign partners.”
He added, “In first agreements, cooperation with Citroen Company has been confirmed and we hope that other activities related to this agreement to be finalized soon.”
He also announced restart of cooperation between Zamyad and IVECO and admitted, “Along with opening Mashhad Auto Show, cooperation between Zamyad and IVECO has started with unveiling new product of this company. In this agreement, policies of ministry of industry and mine are also considered.”
About cooperation with Renault he remarked, “Cooperation with Renault is in progress and soon its results would be determined. In addition, other previous agreements of this company during sanctions period such as cooperation with Brilliance and Changan would enter local production phase for products.”
About cooperation with Kia he added, “Cooperation with Kia has started many years ago and even during sanctions it was continued and we hope that during a trip next weeks to South Korea to sign another agreement for cooperation with Kia.”
He admitted, “We believe that any foreign company that is interested to cooperate with Iran should invest here and be a participant in all benefits and losses.”
The CEO of Saipa has also announced the capabilities of Saipa in launching 2 new products each year with 100 percent localization and told, “We hope that with capabilities of Saipa to be able to offer a complete and accurate portfolio to costumers next two years.”
