53% Growth in Sales of Spare Parts of Mazda Yadak

According to Khabar Khodro, Mohammad Reza Babai, Mazda Yadak's CEO announced that Mazda Yadak has developed in different fields of its activities in 1390."We have developed 31% in technical training field, 48% in employing technicians field, 26% in employing storekeepers field, 21 and 13% in employing receptionist and managers field respectively in 1390 compared with 1389" he said.

"One of Mazda Yadak's goals in1390 was being the first in supplying after sales services companies" he said. "Also being the first among three big after sales services companies is our goal in 1391. Unfortunately none of these companies has been the first in the country. In regard to this goal Mazda Yadak is going to achieve first rank "he added.

He informed that dealers Rank 3and4 of Bahman Group After Sales Services are completely deleted. “By deleting these dealers we hope that at least 30% Of dealers achieve Rank 1 and 70% achieve Rank2"he said. "Master stroke of sales services network is attracting customer and increasing sales because of warranty. Moreover two other dealers are added to Bahman Group Network. One of them is located in east  of Tehran and other one is located in west of Tehran, so in this way customers can get more services and they have better access in these areas "he said.

"The number of company's stopped cars was two-digit number in1390 and now we are pleased to announce that during Bahman and Esfand months, this number became one-digit number" he said. “In one day of happy decade of Fajr, this number was zero. That is an honor" he added. He said specialist, allegiant, customer-oriented staff are three features of Bahman Group Sales Services Network" He said.

"We have excellent  condition in providing spare parts in 1391and we have no need to open new credit up to Khordad month of 1392"he said. He indicated that Mazda Yadak network among all domestic producers, importers and even those who has not factory in the country so they just import CBU is one of the best.

Finally he said 70 to 75 percent of spare parts are provided by importing from Mazda Japan Company and 25to 30 percent of them are provided from domestic manufactures grade A or B
