According to Khabar Khodro, dealerships of Iran Khodro after sales services are still offering services in two shifts in the morning and evening.

The CEO of this company said, "It is more than two years that ISACO has added evening shift to its work hours in whole country in order to offer the best services to its customers.”

Reza Hosseini added, "In this plan, along with morning hours, dealerships are accepting vehicles of Iran Khodro from 16 to 21 o’clock. The plan of adding second shift to dealerships of this company was applied in some cities in Sharivar of year 95 and after good responses from costumers, it was done in four phases in whole country. Now, accepting vehicles in evening shift shows 170 percent growth as compared to the beginning.”

He mentioned to the increased score of costumers’ satisfaction from services in evening shift and added, "This score has reached from 737 in first days to 787 in Mehr of this year. The important factor in this plan is that more than 80 percent of accepted vehicles, after repairs and services are delivered in same shift.”

He determined, "This plan is done to ease of access for those customers who are not capable of taking their cars to dealerships and based on it, selected dealerships should accept vehicles after the end of their work time and repair them. The factor of selecting dealerships for evening shift, is achieving good scores of services’ indicators.”

Hosseini mentioned to the possibility of taking turns time by ISACO app and told, "In order to make ease in services plans, costumers could install this app on their smart phones and any time in the day they can reserve a time for workshops and use different options of this app. They could also introduce it to others and use its discounts.”

He remarked that easy usage of this app and capabilities such as autoclick request for changing oil and filters and etc. in the place that costumers want, requesting emergency help, the possibility of seeing car’s information and history of repairs, review of parts prices and wage of services in after sales services’ network would encourage customers to use it.
