Saeed Thakhte Chian told, "Saipa Yadak had good advancements in improving indicators that increase costumers’ satisfaction, the most important of which is the way of reservation, the time of accepting, availability of dealerships, quality of services and etc.”

He added, "In year 97, Saipa Yadak have achieved its goals and take important steps in increasing costumers’ satisfaction for after sales services and decreasing answer time to their needs.”

He reiterated, "This improvement that is started from last year is beholden to efforts of employees and cooperation of dealerships’ network in applying policies and plans of company. Controlling the accomplishment of after sales services’ plans and following up costumers’ needs and tastes in offering services and also offering new services based on costumers’ expectations were effective in this success and along with it, we also used expert employees in dealerships.”

He remarked, "This increase of score that is the consequent of costumers’ opinions for taking services in the network of dealerships, is so valuable for us and we would try to continue this growing process in coming months and years.”
