According to Khabar Khodro, based on the latest report of ISQI in month of Dey, record of costumers’ satisfaction score for after sales services was broken by Iran Khodro and the company again achieved top place among local manufacturers.

Deputy of after sales services in this company announced the news and said, "According to survey done by ISQI, costumers’ satisfaction score for Iran Khodro was continuously growing in recent periods and in Dey of this year with 13 percent growth as compared to same time last year, has reached to 762. With this score, Iran Khodro for the first time has broken the record of customers’ satisfaction index in after sales services among local manufacturers.”

Shahryar Soltani announced that highest costumers’ satisfaction score is determined as 1000 by ISQI and added, "Achieving every one score beyond 700 means trying hundred times more in after sales services companies of automakers and 13 percent growth of ISACO during one year means finding improvable factors, careful planning for crossing these deficiencies and 24 hours of efforts for applying plans of improving level of services in order to increase costumers’ satisfaction.”

He told, "Achieving such a score shows costumers’ understanding in services of after sales services of Iran Khodro and they are achieved while satisfying costumers in recent months was very difficult than previous months as the result of current conditions and limitations and shortcomings. In addition, this improvement is a confirmation for multiple efforts of ISACO and a big step towards costumer caring.”

He remarked, "Following up and diagnosing repetitive returning of vehicles to dealers’ network and quality control of fixes are among important factors of continuous improvements of costumers’ satisfaction from ISACO and we hope that with new plans in after sales services to be able to achieve the goals of Iran Khodro Company, which is the highest costumers’ satisfaction score.”
