According to KHABAR KHODRO, vice president of Iran khodro’s post sales services said: Isaco determined to obtain maximum satisfaction of customers with codifying operation plan.

As KHABAR KHODRO reports Ali namakin reminded: improving customer satisfaction is the subject that is only Isaco’s concern in current year and based on manager’s emphasize we do our all possible.

Stating that president of Iran khodro has named this year as production Jihad and customer satisfaction said: based on reforming plan which we considered for network, we try to fulfill them.

He noted that one of important item in customer satisfaction is rising access level of people to services and applying components and reminded: Isaco has one of biggest dealer and service network in country and applying components raises 30 percent than other dealers in last year but it is first step and we are improving this plan.

He noted to evolution committee in applying services in Isaco and said: in 12 regional office and committee this committee has been created with the presence of elected representatives which follow improving post sales services and customer satisfaction, accelerate organization structure, transparence methods process, developing coordination with dealers, applying quantity and quality and eliminating barriers.
