Revoke 16 variant dealers

According to KHABARKHODRO, director of Isaco reminded: given importance of customer satisfaction as an important goal in Isaco in this year dealers who fail in their duties they will be dealt severely.

As reporter of KHABARKHODRO reports, Behzad zahiri emphasized: in terms of this issue up to now 16 dealers have being revoked and 23 dealers been suspended which this shows seriously of issue.

Noting that we do measures in terms of punish some dealers he said: this punishment is in terms of revoke, suspending sales or services and sending warning letter.

He noted that policy of company is upgrade dealers and encourage high grades in obtaining customer satisfaction and added: along punishments policies we consider encouragement policies too.

He added: for dealers who could gain desirable rating or did good measures in terms of customer satisfaction encouragement policies and facilities has been designed.
