Consumer satisfaction is priority in Saipa

According to KHABARKHODRO, in modern world customer is considered as a kind of partner for companies and without them we can't develop.

As reporter of KHABARKHODRO reports, Garman engineer director of Saipa yadak said: today customer oriented is more than advertising slogan and we can not obtain customer's satisfaction with slogans and cliché advertising.

He added: developed organizations can make variety in their productions in addition to novelty using customer's consultant.

He restated: we try to use customer's ideas applying needed grounds in connection with customers as to reach their satisfaction.

He also said: one of our strategies in connection with them is applying bilinear and creative relationship with customers and ensure them to use their ideas.

He said: customer's satisfaction is priority in Saipa because customer expectation level enhanced.

He added: Saipa is to apply best services for them with new trend.

At the end he said: Saipa group has active and dynamic network and using this network can help us to receive customer's idea.
