Planning in Isa co in terms of introduction of modern services to obtain customer satisfaction

According to KHABARKHODRO, Isa co plans to introduce new definitions of post sale services for Iran khodro’s customers.

As reporter of KHABARKHODRO reports, Nader vahab aghai service design project director in Isaco reminded: all big auto manufactures in world search new definitions of post sale services in terms of customer oriented methods.

He added: Isa co is also planning to apply modern services which include to the end of year.

As he says in first phase all services related to repair and time of customer’s refer to repair shop are observed so customers wouldn’t have any problem in the repair shop.

He reminded: quality is not only factor to attract customer and all best auto manufactures in all over the world deliver customer oriented processes to customers.

He added: given new definition of new productions and upgrading quality of productions plan in Iran khodro, Isa co would centralize new definitions of changing trends toward dealers, managing apply and keeping cars and making prototype.

It would be mentioned that post sale services is proposed in automotive industries as scientific object which Isa co tends to enter to this part as pioneer of post sale services as to gain high satisfaction of customers.
