Younesian appointed as the CEO of Iran Khodro Diesel

According to Khabar Khodro, based on a decree from engineer Hashem Yeke Zare’, the CEO of Iran Khodro Industrial Group, Mahdi Younesian has been appointed as the CEO of Iran Khodro Diesel.

It is written in this decree, “Compliance with administrative policies and communicated terms of Iran Khodro Company is a must in decisions you are going to make as Board of Directors and the CEO of Iran Khodro Diesel. We hope you as depositary of Iran Khodro Industrial Group, along with following current laws and regulations of the country and using your authority, which is the result of company’s statute, together with members of Board of Directors and using experts try to be successful in accomplishment of your duties and achievement of this unit’s targets.”

According to this report, Younesian is simultaneously acting as required member in Board of Directors of Iran Khodro Diesel. At the time that engineer Yeke Zare’ was the CEO of Iran Khodro Diesel Younesian was his deputy.

It is to be said that Younesian has the B.A of Industrial Engineering from Science and Technology University. His experiences are administrator and membership of Board of Directors in Iran Khodro Diesel, production and quality vice president of Pars Khodro, membership of Board of Directors and Executive Assistant of Iran Kave Company and production manager of Navard and Profil Pars Company.

In addition, in another decree Gholamreza Razazi has appointed as required member of Board of Directors in Iran Khodro Diesel. Before, Razazi was the CEO and one of the members of Board of Directors in Pars Wagon Company, the CEO of Iran Khodro Rail Industries Company, the CEO of Navard and Steel production Company and non-required member of Board of Directors in Iran Khodro Investment Development Company.
