According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Saipa said, "In year 1393, Saipa's programs about after sale services would be continued wider with continuous and lasting consolidation."

Engineer Saeid Madani told, "Paying attention to costumers and sampling these worthy origins is in priorities of Saipa policies. Therefore, widening after sales services for costumers is one of the future plans for Saipa."

He added, "The most important guideline of Saipa in after sales services is to courage and facilitate services that would result in increasing benefits of costumers if it is accomplished well."

He admitted, "In today's market there is a forcible relation between services and costumers' satisfaction and it shows that we cannot ignore continuous relation of services' quality, buyers' satisfaction and costumers' loyalty."

Madani remarked, "In this issue, determined guideline in Saipa about effective relation and offering services to customers would finally result in more profitability and accompaniment of consumers and producers."

He said, "Efforts of craftsmen in manufacturing would be resultful when the chain of after sales services is successful in appealing costumers' needs."

The CEO of Saipa remarked, "In year 1393, Saipa's programs about after sales services would be continued wider with continuous and lasting consolidation in order to help us development of the improving process of servicing and last cycle of production and supply quicker."
