According to Khabar Khodro, in appointing and introduction event of Saipa Yadak’s new CEO, which was hold with presence of board members and officials of Saipa Auto Group, efforts of engineer Garman, former CEO of this company have been appreciated and Mustafa Vahidzade has appointed as new CEO

Changing attitudes in paying attention to costumers and dealers is new plan of Saipa Yadak

According to Khabar Khodro, in appointing and introduction event of Saipa Yadak’s new CEO, which was hold with presence of board members and officials of Saipa Auto Group, efforts of engineer Garman, former CEO of this company have been appreciated and Mustafa Vahidzade has appointed as new CEO.

In this event, engineer Saeed Madani, the CEO of Saipa Auto Group along with appreciating efforts of former CEO said, “Mr. Garman had a good relationship with costumers by his healthy mind and acceptable performance.”

He explained the new CEO of Saipa Yadak as successful forces in Saipa and added, “Engineer Vahidzade could be a successful force in improving relationship with costumers by his effort and new plans in after sales services sector.”

The CEO of Saipa Auto Group remarked, “Last year, when we started working no one was thinking that Saipa would be stayed resistant except our colleagues. But I did not hear from any one of the deputies in Saipa that this company is non revisable and we could have improve and develop Saipa with such approach.”

He told, “Now we are in a situation that we hope to have the best performance by next year. We would try our best in order to improve processes and determine right plans for Saipa policies.”

He admitted, “Business conditions for Saipa dealers should be in a way that their income sources are acceptable and relevant to their efforts. As if these activities would not be efficient for dealers they would be continued difficultly and therefore offering services to costumers would face problems.”

Madani said, “Managing dealers is so difficult as they are original representatives and responsible for communicating with customers and improving their performance would result in growth and improvement of this company.”

In addition, former CEO of Saipa Yadak told, “I have tried my best in order to improve approaches of Saipa Yadak and I hope that the period that I was working would be known as good days.”

Engineer Mustafa Vahidzade, new CEO of Saipa Yadak thanked the presence of members of Board of management, CEO and officials of Saipa and said, “Better understanding of costumers need in Saipa Yadak approaches is on of the most important plans of this company in future and changing attitudes in Saipa Yadak would be possible by efforts of colleagues.”
