According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Saipa has visited all managements in sales deputy and directly talked to costumers and notified about their problems and has asked for solving them.
Dr. Mahdi Jamali, the CEO of Saipa along with engineer Hasan Amouzade, member of board of directors and CEO deputy in sales and after sales services together with high officials of group have visited sales and after sales deputy of Saipa.
He mentioned to the problems in recent years and said, "Sales and after sales services are like windows to Saipa that have a big role in financial goals and social duties in Saipa Auto Group."
He added, "There are some problems in sales process of Saipa that have slow down advancing goals. We hope that we could increase production with offering new projects in sales, planning and accurate programs."
He told, "According to plans, from the beginning of Mordad this year daily production of Saipa would become about 2000 units and by end of this year it could reach to 2500 units per day."
He admitted, "Costumer caring is a basis in sales and marketing sector and professional approach, offering accurate services and accelerating solving costumers' problems are among basic duties of sales deputy."
He remarked, "Production would be successful if sales become good and long term plans, logical risks and offering different sales projects prepare bed for increase production."
He reiterated, "Production and sales networks in each company can be accounted as two basic pillars of advancing its goals. In other words, regular production and sales network would result in improvement and advancement in company."
Finally, he told, "I hope that we could improve Saipa and introduce our brand internationally with determined maps and plans in Saipa Auto group and efforts of all employees.
