The reaction of Saipa CEO in accepting difficulties is admirable

According to Khabar Khodro, the member of Commission of Industries and Mines in Parliament announced that the support of people is the highest wealth in country and said, “Recent action of Saipa CEO in apologizing costumers shows the importance and place of people and local costumers.”

Hossein Garousi in an interview with Khabar Khodro’s reporter added, “All the achievements in country including nuclear deal are the results of support from Iranian people.”

He told, “The highest wealth of companies is these people, too, that are using local made vehicles.”

He admitted, “If people make criticism or a campaign their goal is not to bankrupt automakers or confront them, but they want to transfer some shortcomings to officials.”

He remarked, “Of course, representatives have been announced those shortcomings many times but there are some problems that are not related to sanctions and can be solved.”

He reiterated, “The reaction of Saipa CEO in apologizing costumers shows accepting recent criticizes as he announced that the company is trying to remove shortcoming.”

Garousi added, “If we accept our errors and apologize costumers after reviewing criticisms certainly people would trust officials and automakers more. In addition, criticism is the motivation for growth and any criticism is with the goal of development not making problems for automakers. Basically, the goal of people’s action is development and improvement of Iran auto making.”

He said, “Iranian people wish to have best products in country so if we speak to them trustfully and accept shortcomings and try to solve them along with applying Jihadi management that Supreme Leader has ordered we would see growth in country.”
