According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Yazd Tire Company mentioned to the necessity of culture promotion about after sales services and the importance of costumer caring in Iran and said, “None of the economic organizations in country would not be alive without costumers so, it is important to produce every products based on costumers’ needs in order to satisfy them.”
Dr. Sotoude in an interview with Khabar Khodro’s reporter told, “Today, any product that is manufactured in world is evaluated for the market, vision and demand of costumer.”
He added, “Unfortunately, after sales services and costumer caring is not promoted in Iran while local manufacturers and importers should know the position of costumers.”
He admitted, “Survival of all economic organizations depends on costumers so they should be respected. Therefore, it is necessary to consider costumers’ ideas about a product and if there is any weakness in that product, manufacturers should try to solve it and satisfy people.”
He remarked, “Today, costumers have the right to use after sales services in best way so any manufacturer in country should guarantee that it would offer services in case of detecting any problem.”
He reiterated, “Now it is usual in world that when a product is sold and delivered to consumer, the company calls costumer and asks for his satisfaction in order to manufacture a product based on costumers’ needs.”
Sotoude added, “Local manufacturers should know that the survival of their production line is dependent to costumers’ satisfaction and if they are not satisfied their products would not be produced.”
