Increasing quality and costumer caring are important and massive goals of Rena after sales services

According to Khabar Khodro, the meeting of representatives of Saipa Diesel after sales services has been hold with presence of Hada, the CEO of Rena after sales services, board members and manager of this company.

According to the reporter of Khabar Khodro, at the meeting, engineer Hadad explained the economic and political condition of Iran in post-sanctions period and said, “Considering economic and political conditions, any mutual interaction of representatives and company in order to increase costumers’ satisfaction would have positive results in after sales services sector.”

He added, “Rena had better condition in increasing market share during sanctions as compared to its rivals, with accurate planning and bypassing environmental factors, which are in favor of its dealerships’ efforts.”

He mentioned to the focus of Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade on after sales services and costumers’ satisfaction and told, “Certainly, increasing quality and costumer caring are important and massive goals of Rena after sales services and the results of evaluations show the movement toward the issue.”

At the meeting, a report of evaluation of after sales services’ sector in year 93 has offered by ISQI and first ones were appreciated. Representatives of Rena after sales services company have also signed a convention in order to increase quality and quantity of after sales services.
