According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Siba Motor Company at the event of opening sales and after sales services center of this company said, “Today, the basic cause of problems in auto market is the supply and demand market as when demand is low, costumers’ desire increases.”
According to the reporter of Khabar Khodro, HosseinKhezri also announced the production of 6 tontruck from FAW in fourth quarter of this year and told, “Siba Motor Company has started its production in year 91 with about 500 units and expects to increase it to 2700 units this year.”
He announced that market share of this company for commercial vehicles is 34 percent and added, “Now SIA Motor Company has 36 percent of market share and Siba Motor in second place has 34 percent of market share.”
He said that one of the advantages of sales and after sales services center of Siba Motor is parking place for costumers and admitted, “Now, Siba Motor has 14 dealerships for sales and after sales services in whole country and hopes to increase them to 21 at this year.”
About the Evaluation of after sales services of this company by ISQI he remarked, “According to evaluations of ISQI, the ranking and scoring of this company in costumers’ satisfaction has increased from 54 to 64.5 and in recent three years Siba Motor has been placed in third placed, which it hopes to change to second place this year.”
He mentioned that two important goals of this company in this year are exiting depression in diesel vehicles’ sector and cooperation in renewal of old vehicles and reiterated, “Any investment in renewal of old vehicles would be returned to the country by saving fuel.”
Finally, he told, “65000 units of trucks and lorries above 10 tons with more than 25 years old should be renewed, which is expected to take about 9 years to complete.”
