According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Modiran Khodro after sales services company announced that preventing imports of parts with low quality is an important and essential act in achieving ideal condition in after sales services and said, “While fake and low quality parts even with misuse of local brands’ names are existing in market, it would motivate some people to buy low quality and sometimes cheaper parts as the economic condition makes them interested in products with lower prices and they do not pay attention to originality and quality of parts.”
Radin Peymanfar in an interview with Khabar Khodro’s reporter told, “However, some spare parts in the market are original but their illegal distribution has made them cheaper, which attends more costumers and makes problems for authorized dealerships. Therefore, in current condition such people or companies use the opportunities made by automakers and illegal imports to make benefit while investors in service segment face losses.”
He mentioned to the costumers’ right in after sales services and added, “Unfortunately, after sales services companies did not answer to costumers’ rights until now. Of course most of the costumers do not know their rights in after sales services, which make some problems in offering after sales services to them.”
He remarked the acts of Modiran Khodro after sales services company in increasing costumers’ information in this segment and admitted, “The company has tried to do its best in informing costumers with installing banners in dealerships, sending SMS and offering guarantee notebooks and files with information about costumers’ rights.”
He remarked, “Now supervision of Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade is done rightly and completely but it is expected that the way of evaluations andsupervisions in 1404 vision to be more related to quality, which would be beneficial for costumers and companies in long term.”
He reiterated, “Modiran Khodro after sales services company tries to improve services in dealerships with holding free training periods for dealerships and offering equipment with accurate facilities.”
