According to Khabar Khodro, after unveil and launch of new Tiggo 5 the CEO of Modiran Khodro after sales services company has announced an special service for this vehicle and said, “5 years or 150000 kilometer guarantee for Tiggo 5 is among special services for newest Chery product in Iran.”
RadinPeymanfar in an interview with Khabar Khodro’s reporter told, “As pre booking for this vehicle is coming close, its spare parts would be launched in market along with the start of training periods for dealerships that would be continued one month.”
He added, “After the start of pre booking for this vehicle, Modiran Khodro after sales services dealerships would be ready to offer good services and supports for Tiggo 5.”
He also announced the selling of customer loyalty cards along with the launch of Tiggo 5 and admitted, “With showing these cards owners could enjoy free periodical services along with register as a member of Modiran Khodro costumers’ club and enjoy services of premises in contract.”
He remarked, “Offering after sales services for Tiggo 5 in first phase would be done by select dealerships but according to plans, most of the dealerships of Modiran Khodro would soon offer after sales services for this product.”
About necessary acts for preventing fake and non-original parts for this vehicle he reiterated, “As Tiggo 5 is a new vehicle there is no possibility for offering fake and non-original parts for it.”
Peymanfar said that costumers’ satisfaction is the most important goal of Modiran Khodro and added, “We are trying to increase costumers’ satisfaction with high amount of investments in supplying spare parts and holding training periods for dealerships.”
He told, “With high investments, supplying spare parts in Modiran Khodro is improving in 2 or 3 months ahead.”
He remarked, “Modiran Khodro Company is focused on training and believes that increasing personnel skills would result in increase of costumers’ satisfaction.”
